Food safety related to people’s health and it concerns about people’s basic livelihood. Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society was increasingly concerned about food safety issue. It was in this context that the food safety issue has been referred to an unprecedented height.
Problems leading to food safety are as follows: 1) using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process; 2) adding toxic substances; 3)excessive use of food additives; 4) abusing of chemical additives and so on. There are many reasonsthatcause this problem. It isregulators, producers, andeven consumerswhosharetheresponsibilities.
As Confucius instructed:better late than never. Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend. The government should launch a massive moral campaign to educate all citizens and draw up tougher laws to crack down on those irresponsible corporations and prohibit them from entering the food industry again. I am firmly convinced that through our combined efforts we are bound to enjoy more risk-free foods in the days ahead.
從上面的卡通圖片我們可以看到：一只奶牛正在向這個(gè)小寶寶解釋說(shuō)生產(chǎn)有毒奶粉不是她的錯/飼養員正在給豬喂瘦肉精。該卡通圖片巧妙地反映了近年來(lái)我們社會(huì )中存在的食品安全問(wèn)題。食品安全問(wèn)題關(guān)系到人民健康，是最基本的民生問(wèn)題。自2008年“三鹿事件”發(fā)生以來(lái)，全社會(huì )對食品安全問(wèn)題的關(guān)注越來(lái)越高。正是在這種情況下，食品安全問(wèn)題被提到了空前的高度。
食品安全主要存在以下問(wèn)題：在生產(chǎn)食品過(guò)程使用劣質(zhì)的原材料，添加有毒物質(zhì)，過(guò)量使用防腐劑，濫用化學(xué)添加劑等。引起這一問(wèn)題的原因有很多，監管者，生產(chǎn)者甚至是消費者都有責任。
正如孔子教導的：晚做總比不做好。我們應該采取及時(shí)嚴厲的措施來(lái)扭轉這一不好的局面。政府應該發(fā)起大量的道德運動(dòng)以教育所有的市民，并制定更嚴厲的法律打擊那些不負責任的企業(yè)，并禁止他們再次進(jìn)入食品行業(yè)。我堅信，通過(guò)我們的共同努力，我們一定會(huì )在未來(lái)的日子中享受更多的無(wú)風(fēng)險食品。
