  溫馨提示:職場(chǎng)如何和領(lǐng)導相處?

  一、積極溝通,與上司相互理解

  如今越來(lái)越多的90后開(kāi)始步入職場(chǎng),這些職場(chǎng)新人大部分都是獨生子女,大多習慣于以自我為中心并缺乏與他人溝通的思維和技巧。其實(shí)對于大多數新人來(lái)說(shuō)首先應該學(xué)會(huì )恰當處理與上司的關(guān)系,取得上司的好感和賞識幫助,這樣會(huì )更有利于自己做好工作,并取得進(jìn)步。

  具體來(lái)說(shuō),首先應該服從上司的指示,不要有逆反心理。下級服從上級是起碼的組織原則,如果對于領(lǐng)導的決策有意見(jiàn),應該積極溝通,相互理解。其次,要熟悉上司的心理特征,了解他為人處事的風(fēng)格。上司也是人,都有七情六欲,只有心理上互相熟悉才能減少互相之間的摩擦事件和沖突,更有利于進(jìn)行溝通。最后,要敢于彌補上司的失誤,而不僅僅是用語(yǔ)言互相指責。領(lǐng)導難免會(huì )有出錯的.時(shí)候,這時(shí)候既不能因為害怕上司不高興就對錯誤視而不見(jiàn),也要盡量少用“逆耳忠言”,避免讓領(lǐng)導下不來(lái)臺,最好的做法應該是積極幫領(lǐng)導彌補,時(shí)間一長(cháng)自然會(huì )贏(yíng)得領(lǐng)導的信任。

  二、拋棄偏見(jiàn),與上司無(wú)障礙溝通

  現實(shí)中有很多人會(huì )下意識地把自己和領(lǐng)導對立起來(lái),認為領(lǐng)導處在自己的對立面,一方面不愿意主動(dòng)與領(lǐng)導溝通和交往,另一方面還會(huì )認為那些與領(lǐng)導關(guān)系好的人都是些“溜須拍馬”之人,與領(lǐng)導搞好關(guān)系是“潛規則”、“有內幕”。其實(shí)這很多時(shí)候都是自己的臆想而已,套用一句哲人說(shuō)的話(huà)就是“你眼中看到的,其實(shí)是你心里以為的”,正是因為你主觀(guān)上的偏見(jiàn),才讓自己不愿意與上司交往,甚至對領(lǐng)導莫名其妙的抵觸,繼而影響到自己的工作和發(fā)展?赡阌袥](méi)有想過(guò),你的上司當年也許就是和你一樣出身寒門(mén)、依靠自己點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的汗水和拼搏才贏(yíng)得今天成績(jì)的讀書(shū)人?如果他不是你上司的話(huà),你會(huì )不會(huì )因為他的個(gè)人閱歷而愿意與他交往呢?
