格式

　　沒(méi)有正式的格式，但在寫(xiě)信時(shí)要記住一些基本的規則。

　　1.信的右上角或者左上角要留出三行，包括家庭地址，國家，城市，郵政編碼和日期。

　　2.左對齊的下三行是寫(xiě)在日期的下面，稱(chēng)呼的上面。這塊地方寫(xiě)的是詳細地址，包括國家，城市和郵政編碼。

　　3.稱(chēng)呼的后面要用冒號而不要用逗號，寫(xiě)稱(chēng)呼時(shí)要用正式的語(yǔ)氣。"親愛(ài)的Harper小姐"而不要"親愛(ài)的Jennifer"。
