求職信函內容應包括那些?通常根據所欲申請的工作性質(zhì)而定;旧,可以包括下列幾項:

3.備詢(xún)人員或推薦人:正常的順序是先獲得這些人同意后再把他們的姓名、地址列入信中,推薦人二至三名即可。
4.結尾:求職信的結尾在希望并請求未來(lái)的雇主允以面談的機會(huì ),因此,信中要表明可以面談的時(shí)間。使用的句子要有特性、避免軟弱、老生常談的濫調。

寫(xiě)求職信要有機智和良好的判斷,下列幾點(diǎn)可供參考。
1.陳述事實(shí),避免表示意見(jiàn):與訓練和經(jīng)驗有關(guān)的事實(shí)可以陳述出來(lái),但應避免表示意見(jiàn)說(shuō)這些訓練和經(jīng)驗對所應征的工作將有怎樣的關(guān)系或好處。
2.不要批評他人:如果你要離開(kāi)現職,可以說(shuō)出原因但不要用批評的方式,雇主想要了解你,而非你的工作機會(huì )。
3.不要過(guò)份渲染自我:你當然認為有能力,夠資格才要申請某一職位,但不要過(guò)份夸大自己的能力或表現過(guò)份信心,尤其不要說(shuō)出與事實(shí)不符的能力或特性來(lái)。
4.留意底薪:有的雇主要你提到希望的待遇。你要作良好的判斷,寫(xiě)出你覺(jué)得可行的最低薪。開(kāi)始就業(yè)的人應知道,與其尋得一份高薪的工作倒不如找待遇尚可而有升遷機會(huì )的工作。
