簡(jiǎn)歷(Resume)
一個(gè)正規的個(gè)人鑒定，描繪出專(zhuān)業(yè)目標、工作經(jīng)歷和教育背景以及與某專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的其他的活動(dòng)，或參加的專(zhuān)業(yè)組織，等等。這是一種向一個(gè)可能成為你老板的人推銷(xiāo)你技能和專(zhuān)業(yè)技巧的手段。(A formal document which identifies a person，outlines professional goals，describes work history and educational background，and identifies other activities，memberships in professional associations，etc.，which are relevant to a career. It is a tool by which you market or sell your skills and expertise to a potential employer.)
說(shuō)明信(Cover letter)
一封介紹性的信箋，介紹你自己以及你應征的目的，并有機會(huì )在其中概述你的技能和你能為公司做出的貢獻，大多數公司除了要履歷之外還要求附上一封說(shuō)明信。(An introductory letter which introduces yourself，states your intent，and gives you an opportunity to summarize your skills and sell what you can offer to a company. Most companies require a cover letter in addition to a resume.)主要包括三部分：開(kāi)場(chǎng)白(Anfang)、自我介紹(Selbstvorstellung)和結束語(yǔ)(Schluss)。
求職目標(Goals)：
一份描述你專(zhuān)業(yè)抱負或是職業(yè)目標的陳述報告。(A statement which expresses your professional ambitions and/or career objectives.)包括：目標(objective)、工作目標(job objective)、職業(yè)目標(career objective)、謀求職位(position sought)、希望職位(position wanted)、申請職位(position applied for)等。例：
