　　職責描述:

　　1、接聽(tīng)所有負責區域的來(lái)電咨詢(xún),需要核實(shí)處理的，先登記稍后為客戶(hù)核實(shí)處理；

　　2、負責處理客戶(hù)的投訴，退換貨等相關(guān)問(wèn)題；

　　3、建立售后服務(wù)檔案，并進(jìn)行總結分析；

　　4、對投訴客戶(hù)定時(shí)的進(jìn)行跟蹤和維護，提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度；

　　5、對客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度進(jìn)行調查分析，改進(jìn)溝通技巧；

　　6、為個(gè)人客戶(hù)辦理購卡、換卡、合并卡服務(wù)；

　　7、查看后臺管理系統，及時(shí)發(fā)放禮品卡訂單。

　　任職要求:

　　1、中專(zhuān)或高中以上學(xué)歷;

　　2、有一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有400客服熱線(xiàn)工作優(yōu)先；

　　3、熟悉客服工作的相關(guān)流程，可以適應倒班制；

　　4、普通話(huà)流利、標準，聲音清晰甜美，語(yǔ)言表達良好；

　　5、熟練使用常用辦公軟件及網(wǎng)絡(luò )應用,具有較強溝通能力和應急處理能力、耐心、細致。

　　You will be part of a worldwide team that is aiming to promote the Connected Car services upon BMW mobile platform and increase user base.

　　You will apply your digital marketing experience to plan campaign and manage the execution for the target vehicles’ owner pool, as well as to ensure the customer acceptance of the services, and financial performance.

　　Major responsibilities for this position include:

　　1. Campaign implementation coordination, focus on the technical delivery area

　　2. Data analysis and reporting

　　3. Performance monitoring on launched activities

　　1、 4+ years’ experience in consumer /users’ campaign planning, management and data monitoring /analysis of App /O2O products or in ATL places
