Hello，Everybody! I am very glad to stand here to give you my introduction. I am from Liangbing Middle School. I am studying in Class 1，Grade 7. I love my hometown Liangbing because it’s a very beautiful town.
I have many hobbies，such as reading books，listening to music，surfing the Internet and traveling. But listening to music is my favorite. I like pop music best. My idol are Jay. I am a lively girl. I like making friends and chatting with them. I can play the Chinese Kungfu. I passed all ten levels when I was in Grade 5.However，because of the busy study，I don’t have any free time to practise it. What a pity!I am good at Math and English and I like English better. In my opinion，it’s very easy and fun to learn and use English and this contest is a great chance for me to learn English from others. 我叫呂東梅，女，1975年12月出生，1994年畢業(yè)于平頂山師范學(xué)校普師專(zhuān)業(yè)。
中學(xué)一級教師，本科文憑。
從教17年來(lái)，我一直站在教育工作的最前沿，從事英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。
我對英語(yǔ)情有獨鐘，我愛(ài)說(shuō)愛(ài)用英語(yǔ)。
生動(dòng)活波的英語(yǔ)課堂是展現我人生風(fēng)采的陣地。
我在1994—20xx年在夏李鄉第一初級中學(xué)教初中畢業(yè)班英語(yǔ)12年，年年成績(jì)都很拔尖。
20xx年至今在夏李鄉實(shí)驗學(xué)校教小學(xué)五六級的英語(yǔ)。

新課改進(jìn)行以來(lái)，為了提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，我經(jīng)常參加市，縣的各級課改培訓。
利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習《新課程標準》等與課改相關(guān)的書(shū)，并將所學(xué)習的培訓內容很好的應用到了自己的課堂上。
在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀(guān)，新的教學(xué)觀(guān)，新的.學(xué)生觀(guān)，新的發(fā)展觀(guān)來(lái)看待學(xué)生，細致備課，備教材，備學(xué)情。
在教學(xué)中不斷探索新的授課形式，采用探究式教學(xué)法，讓學(xué)生自己去探索，發(fā)現，總結，力求每節課都能在教學(xué)新理念，教學(xué)環(huán)節，教學(xué)手段上有新突破。
使教與學(xué)成為一種新型的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，教師和學(xué)生是合作伙伴，在平等，愉快，和諧的氣氛中提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習興趣和效率。

From a middle class family，I was born in Hsin Ying，Tainan on October 10th，1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents，I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary，I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. Besides texts knowledge，journalism is my favorite; whenever reading，my heart is filled with great joy and interesting.
“Being good is must; successful，however，is plus.” Father adopts the idea of his father. Especially in military service，I realized it more precisely. People said: Military service makes a boy to man，I agree that.
I realized the importance of English and began to study diligently when I was eighteen. I did not start in my early age，but I hope that I could pass the test of General English Proficiency Test. And this is my best wish at the moment.
