Today father took me to the Science and Technology Center. I am fond of invention very much. I know that science and technology is the GREatest driving force of human progress. When we entered the Center, there came an interpreter who explained to us the process of those inventions. I saw many plane and satellite models that I have never seen before. It's really an eye-opening day to me.

這是我第一次對自己的考驗。一直以來(lái)，我對自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習不太有信心。在老師和媽媽的'鼓勵下，我決定接受一次考驗，于是我報名參加了口語(yǔ)二星考試。因為媽媽工作繁忙，好不容易在我的催促下，在臨考前一周至書(shū)城買(mǎi)了二星輔導書(shū)。這么短的時(shí)間，只能挑燈夜戰了。我下定決心，每天在做完功課后花一個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間認真復習，大聲朗讀、仔細聆聽(tīng)。功夫不負有心人，一個(gè)星期下來(lái)，書(shū)上的知識基本能熟練背讀。
�。保苍拢谷障挛�，我提早來(lái)到滬東中學(xué)，雖然之前已經(jīng)信心大增，但面臨考試，我的心還是有點(diǎn)忐忑不安。進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)，我的心似乎平靜了一些。這次考試一共有７個(gè)項目，比如看看說(shuō)說(shuō)、快聽(tīng)快答、朗讀兒歌等，需要通過(guò)５個(gè)項目就能過(guò)關(guān)。面對一個(gè)接一個(gè)的項目，我層層過(guò)關(guān)，使我越來(lái)越有信心，前６個(gè)項目中有５個(gè)項目均順利過(guò)關(guān)，但最后一個(gè)朗讀兒歌項目，因有三個(gè)單詞未能準確發(fā)音，被老師在準考證上蓋上了“下次你能行”的鼓勵話(huà)語(yǔ)。但不管怎樣，我還是通過(guò)了這次考試。
通過(guò)這次考試，讓我知道只要付出努力，對自己充滿(mǎn)信心，就能得到收獲，在以后的學(xué)習中，我會(huì )加倍努力，爭取多一點(diǎn)的收獲。
