星期五，英語(yǔ)老師說(shuō)要在教室里做一次英語(yǔ)測試，我聽(tīng)了心里很是緊張。
整個(gè)下午，我都不得安寧，一會(huì )兒怕橡皮沒(méi)帶，一會(huì )怕鉛筆沒(méi)刨好。
好不容易熬到了第三節英語(yǔ)課，我心里更加緊張了，看著(zhù)白花花的一張試卷發(fā)下來(lái)了，我以迅雷不及掩耳之勢地掃了一眼，哈哈，好像還沒(méi)有看到難題，心中的大石頭總算落地。一切在順利進(jìn)行當中，突然，一個(gè)翻譯題把我給難住了：一只熱狗的英文是什么的?心想：這個(gè)英文明明我是會(huì )的，怎么今天測試時(shí)給忘記了。
我苦思冥想，咬著(zhù)筆抓著(zhù)頭，回憶了所有的.課文。突然，我想出來(lái)了，“熱”的英文其實(shí)就是HOT!哎呀，好像是不是因為太緊張了，把這個(gè)單詞給忘記了!終于想出來(lái)了，心里好興奮呀!哎呀!時(shí)間不多了，快做其他的!
我繼續后面的題，終于寫(xiě)完了，看看時(shí)間，趕緊把卷子認認真真地檢查了一遍，突然發(fā)現一道題還沒(méi)做呢，我趕緊寫(xiě)了上去，嘿嘿，總算是發(fā)現了，也算讓我的“檢查”逮住了你這個(gè)空題，哈!
下課了，我交完了卷子，再看一下同桌，她一副愁眉苦臉的樣子，沒(méi)做完唄，希望我的卷子能考到好!

每當機遇降臨，伴之而來(lái)的是成功的希望，但是機遇不能自行實(shí)現成功。假如你要取得成就或要實(shí)現你的雄心壯志，你必須努力工作、艱苦奮斗、準備好條件。否則，機遇來(lái)臨你卻無(wú)法利用。
成功者與失敗者的區別就在于處理機遇的態(tài)度。成功者做好充分準備迎接機遇的適時(shí)來(lái)臨。而失敗者工作懶散，眼看機遇悄然而過(guò)。
我的觀(guān)點(diǎn)是，在我們的.社會(huì )里人人都有許多機遇，但是只有那些做好充分準備并且高度稱(chēng)職的人才能利用機遇達到目的。
Opportunities don’t come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them care.
When an opportunity comes , it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfil one of your ambitions, you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you.
The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see pass by.
In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve purpose.
