My hometown is abeautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.Butin the old days it was a poor and backward little town.Many people had no work.They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then greatchanges have taken place there.The streets have been widened. Factories,schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another.The lifeof the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love itspeople.They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
我的家鄉是個(gè)美麗的地方，它座落在一條寬寬的小河旁邊，富產(chǎn)魚(yú)和大米。但是在過(guò)去它是個(gè)又窮又偏僻的小鎮。很多人沒(méi)有工作，生活很難過(guò)。1949年解放以來(lái)，我的家鄉發(fā)生了很大的變化。道路拓寬了，工廠(chǎng)、學(xué)校、醫院、電影院和歌劇院一個(gè)接一個(gè)建成。人們生活質(zhì)量大大地提高了。我愛(ài)我的家鄉，更愛(ài)家鄉的.人們。他們辛勤工作保持著(zhù)它的富有、美麗。

My hometown is Xiamen.I was born there twelve years ago.Now I live in Fuzhou， the capital of Fujian Province.Xiamen is a beautiful city that many people visit there.The whole city is clean and tidy.I lived in downtown.It’s near to the port， where is the busiest place， because thousands of people go to the Gulangyu.Gulanyu is a small island.There are many distinctive buildings and paths there.You may get lost in so many paths， but you don’t have to worry.And every path has its own beautiful scenery.I love my beautiful hometown。
我的家鄉是廈門(mén)，十二年前我出生在那里。我此刻住在福建省的首府福州市。廈門(mén)是一個(gè)很漂亮的'城市，每年都有很多游客到那里旅游。整個(gè)城市都很干凈整潔。過(guò)去，我就住在廈門(mén)市里，離碼頭很近。碼頭是最繁忙的地方，因為每一天都有成千上萬(wàn)的人從那里去鼓浪嶼。鼓浪嶼是一個(gè)小島，島上有許多特色建筑和小道。行走其中，你可能會(huì )迷路，但是不必擔心，每一條小道都有獨特的美麗景色。我愛(ài)我美麗的家鄉。
