為了提高書(shū)面表達水平，平時(shí)應加強閱讀，多背誦一些句形、段落甚至短文。俗話(huà)說(shuō)：讀書(shū)破萬(wàn)卷，下筆如有神，只有多讀，多記，多背誦，才能出口成章，下筆成文。此外，還要掌握一些應用文體的寫(xiě)作方法，如書(shū)信、日記、通知等，它們大多有固定的格式。
二、認真審題，明確要求
仔細看清寫(xiě)作要求和提示，分清材料的主次，接著(zhù)確定體裁、格式和人物、地點(diǎn)等要素；最后確定時(shí)態(tài)，同時(shí)考慮相關(guān)的語(yǔ)態(tài)搭配用法。
三、遣詞造句、表達規范
