今天要做英語(yǔ)健康操，我聽(tīng)了后差一點(diǎn)要把早飯給吐出來(lái)了。因為英語(yǔ)健康操會(huì )顯示出我們有多么的幼稚、無(wú)聊和神經(jīng)病。
只聽(tīng)見(jiàn)一段英語(yǔ)的音樂(lè )放了出來(lái)，我就像個(gè)木頭人一樣，站在操場(chǎng)上一動(dòng)不動(dòng)的。
第一節開(kāi)始了，當時(shí)我想：這是哪個(gè)笨蛋想出的歪點(diǎn)子呀。是不是專(zhuān)門(mén)嘲笑我們的.。有的人還跳得那么開(kāi)興，估計他們的腦子進(jìn)了水一樣—壞掉了。
可是我就害怕要奉林老師的圣旨被罰抄課文。于是我老實(shí)了起來(lái)，跟著(zhù)大家做了起來(lái)。當時(shí)我就像小偷一樣，心里一直很害怕被林警察抓到。
第二節開(kāi)始了，第一個(gè)動(dòng)作真是無(wú)聊，還要先走兩步再點(diǎn)一下頭，校長(cháng)你的腦袋是不是被吃掉了，連這們無(wú)聊的動(dòng)作也想得出來(lái)。
這還不算什么，有一個(gè)動(dòng)作必須雙手擺出“Z”的形狀，在上下?lián)u擺。我們就像平衡機，一下子這邊重，一下子那邊重。真是莫名其妙。如果被人看見(jiàn)，一定會(huì )嘲笑我們的。校長(cháng)呀！校長(cháng)呀！求求你放過(guò)我吧，我的心是很脆嫩。

她的興趣愛(ài)好很廣泛，有唱歌、跳舞、做手工……
在課堂上，她繪聲繪色地講解課文，讓你聽(tīng)得如癡如醉，身臨其境；在課后，她關(guān)心同學(xué)，在我們遇到麻煩或困難時(shí)，及時(shí)出手給予關(guān)懷和幫助。
