　　從圖中我們可以看出，有些學(xué)校只要學(xué)生努力學(xué)習他們的課程而忽略了對學(xué)生實(shí)踐、溝通和組織能力的教育。這些學(xué)校把學(xué)習看作是最重要的，而其他能力，像溝通技巧和公眾頭腦意識則是沒(méi)有用的。

　　這種想法是片面的。我們應該把一切都考慮到學(xué)生的教育中去。如果一個(gè)學(xué)校有這樣的想法，這對學(xué)生的未來(lái)發(fā)展是不利的。在現在的社會(huì )，人們必須有全面的能力去適應社會(huì )。否則，學(xué)生們會(huì )覺(jué)得找工作很難。除此之外，書(shū)本不是通往成功的唯一道路。情商有時(shí)候比智商更重要。因此，學(xué)生們應該培養溝通，組織，公關(guān)以及創(chuàng )造能力。

　　As far as I am concerned, on the one hand, it is important for us to study from books well and achieve excellent academic scores; on the other hand, it is more important to develop other skills.

　　在我看來(lái)，一方面，學(xué)好課本知識取得優(yōu)異的學(xué)習小成績(jì)固然重要；但另一方面，培養其他方面的能力更重要。每個(gè)人都應該成為善于交際和有能力，這樣他才能成為對社會(huì )有用的人。
