In nowadays, it is quite common that we compete with each other for various competitions. However, it is also essential for people to cooperate with each other for we are members of society. When confront with cooperation and competition, people seems to have a difficult time in choosing them. Some people tend to compete with each other for they believe they can win rewards by defeating others. Some hold that we should cooperate with each other. Some think that we should not only cooperate with others but we should compete with others as well. In my opinion, I think that competing is more important for us. Reasons are listed below.
First of all, competing is more important than cooperation in our society. In school, we compete with others by doing better in our study. When we are looking for jobs, we compete with others applying for the same position. When we go to a competition, we fight with others for rewards or fame.
Secondly, we can be stronger by competing. If we want to win others, then we have to be stronger than others. Thus, we have to improve ourselves constantly. Consequently, our skills will be enhanced and we will get more experience to avoid failure.
In conclusion, competition plays an important role in our society as well as we can become stronger.

記憶中，小時(shí)候的我總喜歡黏著(zhù)你。也許是天秤座女生都有著(zhù)的戀父情結，小時(shí)候的我依賴(lài)你，勝過(guò)依賴(lài)媽媽。我總是喜歡跟著(zhù)你，到哪都跟著(zhù)，哪怕你去工作。你總是拗不過(guò)我，我一撒嬌，也只好把我也帶去公司。我最喜歡坐在媽媽常坐的副駕駛，你總是仔細幫我系好安全帶，然后叮囑一句“坐好了”。我也總是看著(zhù)你一絲不茍開(kāi)車(chē)的表情，小小的眼睛中只有你的模樣。到了公司，你把我放在辦公室的.沙發(fā)上，然后對我微微一笑，開(kāi)始工作。日暮漸晚，夕陽(yáng)西下，你把躺在沙發(fā)上裝睡的我抱起來(lái)，然后閉著(zhù)眼睛感受著(zhù)你抱著(zhù)我輕輕走下樓梯的感覺(jué)。有時(shí)候我也會(huì )從你的懷抱中掙脫出來(lái)，用小小的手握住你的一根指頭，在夕陽(yáng)下，與你同行……
到了要上學(xué)的年紀了�？蓾M(mǎn)腦袋裝著(zhù)的，只是自己全部的想象——很多玩具，很多朋友，很多零食……你牽著(zhù)我走進(jìn)校門(mén)，穿過(guò)人群，在一間教室前停下了腳步。你把我的手交給了一個(gè)面目和善的老師，然后戀戀不舍的離開(kāi)了學(xué)校。但是在學(xué)校里呆了不到半天，我就開(kāi)始哭鬧，看不到你，心里總是有種莫名的奇怪感覺(jué)。無(wú)奈，老師只得讓你把我領(lǐng)回家�；丶业穆飞夏銋s沒(méi)有怪我，依然是微微的笑著(zhù)。
慢慢的我學(xué)會(huì )了一個(gè)人準備早餐，一個(gè)人去上學(xué)，一個(gè)人放學(xué)回家。而我們之間的感情，仿佛也被無(wú)形的時(shí)間流逝沖淡了。我們之間的交流越來(lái)越少，越來(lái)越貧乏。每天早上天還沒(méi)亮的時(shí)候，你仍然因為工作的疲倦沉沉睡去時(shí)，我已背著(zhù)沉甸甸的書(shū)包，拿著(zhù)速食的早餐走去學(xué)校。放學(xué)回來(lái)我便一直呆在房間里認真寫(xiě)著(zhù)作業(yè)，媽媽在廚房做著(zhù)三人的晚飯，卻總是將一人份放進(jìn)冰箱，等著(zhù)重新進(jìn)入微波爐。當你下班回來(lái)的時(shí)候，我又已經(jīng)在小床上進(jìn)入夢(mèng)鄉。
這樣一日復一日，你的脾氣變得暴躁起來(lái)，白發(fā)也多了許多，而我也養成了沉默寡言的習慣，對著(zhù)誰(shuí)都一副冷漠的表情，也包括了我深?lèi)?ài)著(zhù)的你。終于有一天，一家三口飯后在路燈下散步，仍然與你同行，可我突然發(fā)現，我已經(jīng)長(cháng)大，不再需要你牽著(zhù)我的手，穿越擁擠的人潮。我們倆之間的沉默仿佛一堵墻，誰(shuí)也逾越不了。
第二天起床，手機下面壓著(zhù)一張小紙條，你的字跡依然如此清秀，“最近學(xué)習怎么樣了?不要累壞自己了，爸爸永遠跟你在一起�！边@樣簡(jiǎn)單普通的一段話(huà)，卻讓我心頭充滿(mǎn)了暖意，我知道，無(wú)論再忙的學(xué)習，再少的見(jiàn)面，感情也會(huì )也會(huì )永遠在我們心間，爸爸，與你同行，我很幸福。

It is widely accepted that to work independently has the obvious advantage that it can prove one’s ability. However, I believe that teamwork is more important in the modern society and teamwork sprit has become a required quality by more and more companies.
In the first place, we are situated in a complicated society and we often encounter tough problems that are beyond our ability. It is especially at this moment that teamwork proves to be exceedingly important. With the help of the team, these problems can be solved easily and quickly, which could improve work efficiency.
In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate, it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.
Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all workmates’ knowledge combined, the companies possess high work efficiency and an ability to deal with whatever problems. As a result, the companies can make more profits and develop more quickly.
In sum, teamwork is very important, no one could live individually, they must rely on others in some way. Hence, work together could make life easier.
