高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會(huì )讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，分析學(xué)生學(xué)習情況以改進(jìn)教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。有效的評講，能讓學(xué)生找到自己的不足和改進(jìn)學(xué)習的方法。
有效地評講英語(yǔ)試卷應該堅持三個(gè)原則：

第一、認真了解和初步分析試卷。在評講前，教師有必要用自己教給學(xué)生的方法親自把試卷做一遍，以便確定試題的檢測范圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過(guò)程中可以預測學(xué)生的難點(diǎn)，也可以根據學(xué)生所學(xué)內容，看看哪些題目超出了學(xué)生的學(xué)習范圍。當然，也可以檢閱試卷的不足，以便今后選擇并合理利用英語(yǔ)試卷。
第二、認真統計學(xué)生成績(jì)。在批閱完學(xué)生試卷后，認真統計學(xué)生的成績(jì)是很有必要的。統計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統計出平均成績(jì)后，可以參照其他班的情況分析，確定該班的成績(jì)位置。平均分較低，就說(shuō)明該班的成績(jì)較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴重，教學(xué)的難度就越大。在排列學(xué)生成績(jì)時(shí)，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分數，并把該成績(jì)列為全班成績(jì)的中位數。在評講試題時(shí)，要特別注意中位段的學(xué)生的反映和效果。
