為此，我將采取以下措施，堅決予以執行：
第一，養成良好的作息規律，助力形成良好的生活習慣。早讀遲到這一錯誤充分說(shuō)明了我良好作息習慣的缺乏，為此我在今后的在校生活當中一定努力改善作息習慣，白天努力學(xué)習將足夠的精力用到學(xué)習方面，晚上就準確睡覺(jué)休息，以確保次日早晨能夠早起。另外，我也要在飲食方面加以注意，盡量少吃辛辣食物，以確保身體得到健康調理，更好地助力我良好生活習慣的形成。

第三，改善同學(xué)關(guān)系，促進(jìn)寢室同學(xué)互相關(guān)愛(ài)。實(shí)不相瞞，這次英語(yǔ)課遲到的原因之一，就是寢室同學(xué)起床以后忘記叫我。原因主要是在我自身脾氣太暴躁，由于前段時(shí)間同學(xué)又叫我早起，我嫌同學(xué)太羅嗦導致同學(xué)很傷心就不再叫我起床了。這一問(wèn)題充分暴露出自己的不講理、壞脾氣，因此我也要就這個(gè)問(wèn)題再次深刻檢討，并且向這位同學(xué)說(shuō)聲抱歉，請求他能夠原諒我。今后也希望他能夠繼續叫我起床，我將隨叫隨醒，絕不辜負這位同學(xué)的`好意。
