發(fā)票尾部分的繕制
1.細節條款或特殊條款 。
有時(shí)根據 信用證 的要求， 發(fā)票上須加注某些細節條款或特殊條款。
常見(jiàn)的細節內容有：
(1) 信用證 號或合同號(L/C NO OR CONTRACT NO)。
(2) 形式 發(fā)票 號(Proforma Invoice No.)、訂單號(Order No./Indent No.)。
(3) 海關(guān) 稅則號(Customs Tariff No.)②、銀行注冊號(Bank Registration No.)、外匯批準號(Exchange Permit No.)。
(4) 進(jìn)口許可證號(Import License No.)，有的要求注明何條件下進(jìn)口，如Import under W. E. S.或Import under O. G. L. 。
(5) 加注廠(chǎng)商或生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)商的名址(Name and Address of Manufacturer or Producer)。
對證中 規定 應批注的細節內容，受益人應據實(shí)加注在發(fā)票貨物描述下面。
對證中有關(guān)特殊條款的 規定 ，發(fā)票上應照打或靈活反映。
常見(jiàn)的特殊條款有：
(1) 有些來(lái)證要求注明產(chǎn)地，并附價(jià)值聲明，如發(fā)票上可注：“Wae here by certify/states/declare that(或This is to certify that)the goods of Chinese origin and that the value in real, authentic and in conformity with our records”①。
(2) 有些來(lái)證要求證明發(fā)票所列貨物、單價(jià)等是真實(shí)、正確的，且是惟一的發(fā)票。對此應將發(fā)票下端的“E. & O. E”劃掉，并加注“We here by certify that this invoice is in all respects correct and true both regarding to the prices and description of the goods stated there in, and only one issued by us for the good”。
(3) 受政治因素、民族因素的影響，有的來(lái)證要求出口商聲明貨物中不含以色列原料，貨物或集包裝上不帶以色列的六角星標記，對此，可作以下聲明：“We here by declare that the products stated in the invoice do not contain any Israeli materials, and that the goodsor container are not bearing bexagon star.”若來(lái)證主要求受益人聲明在以色列沒(méi)有投資，則發(fā)票上可注：“We here by certify that our company is a state enterprise and has no relations whatsoever with Israeli.”。
(4) 有些國家(如澳大利亞) 規定 ，可在發(fā)票上加注“發(fā)展中國家申明”條款，聲明進(jìn)口商品系發(fā)展中國家本國產(chǎn)品，作為取得普惠制的依據，這種發(fā)票的作用相當于FORM A，如“I declare that final process of manufacture of the goods for which special rates are claimed has been performed in Peoples Republic of China and that not less than one-half of the factory or works cost of the goods is Reprsented by the value of labor or materials or of labor and materials of Peoples Republic Of China and Australia.”。
2.簽章 (signature)。
發(fā)票必須由出票人正式簽章后方能生效。根據《UCP500》的規定，如L/C無(wú)特殊要求，發(fā)票無(wú)需簽字，但須表明是由受益人出具的發(fā)票。
簽章內容包括受益人的簽字和公司圖章。所有圖章須與其他單據相同。目前我國大多數出口公司的做法是加蓋帶有公司名稱(chēng)的手簽章或按簽樣印制。受益人名稱(chēng)可用蓋章或英文打字機打出，簽字可蓋手章，但最好由有權人親筆手簽。若來(lái)證要求“MANULLY SIGNED ”，則必須手簽②。簽章公司與簽章人須與出章人保持一致，如L/C規定收益人是總公司，出章人也應是總公司，如收益人是分公司，出章人可以是分公司，也可以是總公司。(只有可轉讓的L/C，才能蓋轉讓的公司圖章。)
關(guān)于簽章位置，通常在發(fā)票的右下角，若證中規定須由貿促會(huì )等機構證實(shí)，則證實(shí)機構的簽章應在發(fā)票的左下角。一般只需在第一聯(lián)或數聯(lián)由證實(shí)機構簽章。
3.發(fā)票的份數。
發(fā)票一般無(wú)正副本之分，來(lái)證要求幾份，制單時(shí)應按要求多準備一份，供議付 結匯 時(shí)使用。若來(lái)證將發(fā)票分成正副本，則所有正副本發(fā)票上應蓋有“Original”字樣，若為電腦制單，也可直接在發(fā)票上打出“ORIGINAL”字樣。如IN DUPLICATE / 2COPIES(一式兩份);IN TRIPLICATE / 3COPIES(一式三份)。
