　�、倌臣胰嘶蚰撤驄D一般用the+復數。如：the Smiths

　�、诒硎菊麄�(gè)民族或族人一般加the。如 the Chinese/English

　�、凵贁瞪矫}群島也不用the。如Mount Tai。如名詞中有of短語(yǔ)則一般有the.如：the Mountain of seven sighs.

　�、苤袊�的湖泊一般加 the。如：the West Lake.

　�、輙he+adj表示類(lèi)別。如：the rich.

　�、弈甏�，年齡的約數前常用the。如：in the 1950s,in his teens.

　�、弑碛嬃繂挝挥胻he含有“每”、“每一”

　　It sells at two dollars the pound.

　　It sells 16 dollars to the pound.

　　John is paid by the hour.

　�、嘞铝薪Y構中的冠詞。

　　-have+the+抽象名詞+to do sth = be so +adj+ as to do sth

　　如：He has the politeness/kindness to say hello to me.

　　=He is so polite/kind as to say hello to me.

　　抽象、物質(zhì)、專(zhuān)有名，代詞基數用作限定；

　　泛指節假季節星期幾，球棋、呼語(yǔ)與餐名；

　　刊物、公告與標題，普通名詞并列緊相鄰；

　　唯一職位，學(xué)科與語(yǔ)種，洲、國、省、市、縣街路名。
