回顧2009系列：房地產(chǎn)
2009年，中國的房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格經(jīng)歷了時(shí)光隧道，從年初的黯淡，到3月轉入大陽(yáng)春，5月之后有越來(lái)越多的投資商進(jìn)入房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)，象征著(zhù)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)步入炎夏。中國指數研究院2009年度報告顯示，2009年11月，在全國20個(gè)重點(diǎn)城市中，12個(gè)城市成交均價(jià)超過(guò)歷史最高水平，其余8個(gè)城市也已接近歷史最高水平。北京2009年商品房均價(jià)上漲幅度超過(guò)60％，而深圳等地也紛紛超過(guò)這一漲幅。根據中房指數系統的統計，2009年全國主要城市樓市交易量全線(xiàn)上漲，交易面積同比增幅均在50%以上，重點(diǎn)城市中天津、武漢、杭州、南京以及成都漲幅超過(guò)100%。專(zhuān)家認為，雖然短期內全國房?jì)r(jià)仍然會(huì )穩中有升，但不排除政府未來(lái)可能出臺更為嚴厲的`調控措施，2010年的房?jì)r(jià)或面臨回調壓力。
